Members from the Jamaatus Solehin group from Melaka, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and volunteers from the nearby villages were there to help with the preparation and organization of the event the last 2 days.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to thank , Tuan Haji Mohd Rabu bin Kasim\u00a0the Chairman of Yayasan Solok Saga &#8211; Charitable organization for the Orphanage and who is \u00a0also the patron for this yearly event.\u00a0The event was started in 1994 by the late Kiai Haji Kamarudin bin Haji Ismail Al-Banten before it was pass to Tuan Haji Rabu in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>We also like to thank, YB Datuk Wira Haji Ahmad B Haji Hamzah ( Jasin Member of Parliment ) and YB Zaidi Attan ( ADUN Serkam) for attending the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>9th April 2016, saturday This year celebration of Maulidurrasul in Umbai, Melaka was attended by more than 1000 orphanages and Tahfiz students from different schools throughout Melaka.
